Orientation Week
We can't wait to meet you at Orientation!
Orientation Week, or O-Week, is the week before classes commence. Every student is required to attend Orientation prior to commencing their APIC studies. O-Week provides all the information you need to know to commence your APIC course from Monday 9 February 2026!
Orientation will be conducted on campus and is an opportunity for you to learn about your rights, safety and wellbeing in Australia, your requirements as a student, the support services APIC provides, and to connect with your academic team and classmates.
Save the Date for Orientation @ Your Campus
Orientation is a full day event, please make sure that you are available for the full day.
Students are asked to arrive at 9:30am to register, the day's proceedings should conclude at 4:30pm.
Brisbane Campus: Tuesday 3 February 2026

Bring your laptop or device!
​You will need to bring your laptop or device on the day for a special Online Account session with IT Technical Staff who will help you access your online accounts so you can Get set for Success! ​
