Timetables

APIC's timetables for the current study period are available via APIC's Student Hub. The online timetables list current classes and provides all the relevant details of the class: day, time, unit code, unit name, class name and lecturer. The timetable on the website also indicates seat availability. The list can be filtered by class (Select Unit(s)) or day (Select Day(s)). Classes are set to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), Brisbane students may change the time zone by selecting Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the Class details (Time zones) page. Students can check which units are offered for each study period for their course on the Units offered by course page.

Individual Personalised Timetable

Once you have completed your enrolment you will be able to view your units of enrolment via the Class Enrolment menu and the Timetable/Results tab of your Student Portal. Your personal timetable can be viewed via the Timetable/Results tab in a weekly or monthly format.

Following the close of enrolment each study period, the Class Enrolment menu becomes inactive and will display the following message "Enrolment Status: Expired". Don't worry this is because enrolment has closed, you'll be able to view your complete enrolment select the Timetable/Results tab.

Yearly Planners

APIC's Yearly planners can be found on the APIC website under timetables. The course planners have been developed to assist students to plan their year's study. Not all units are offered in all trimesters or in all delivery modes (online; on campus). Students must successfully complete the required pre-requisite unit/s to progress to the next course stage.
