Quantitative Study of Factors Influencing Online Shopping Behaviour of Generation Z in Australia
Join Roumila Gooroochurn (Master of Research student) next Friday at 11:30am via Teams for an insight into their research which aims to identify key factors affecting the online buying behaviour of Generation Z in Australia. Guided by behavioural and technology acceptance theories, Roumila's study employs a quantitative-exploratory approach. Primary data were collected via a self-administered online survey involving sixty-two participants aged between 19 to 29 years living in Australia. Collected data were analysed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to identify latent behavioural constructs.
